If you are not satisfied with a paid Yoke Teams subscription, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
Renewals
Renewal payments are refundable if requested within 7 days of the charge and the plan has not been materially used in that period. Otherwise, cancel anytime and the plan simply runs to the end of the paid period.
How to request
Email support@yokecal.com with the receipt email or Paddle order number. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
