Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Yoke Calendar desktop app and the Yoke Teams service ("the Service"), operated by Xheldon ("we"). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. The product
Yoke Calendar is a desktop scheduling app. Yoke Teams is an optional subscription that lets team members share schedule structure with a leader who views it read-only. Feature details, limits and prices are described on the pricing section and may evolve.
2. Accounts and access
- Leaders sign in with their email via a one-time link. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure and for anyone who uses your invite codes.
- Team members join with an invite code and do not need an account. Sharing an invite code with someone is your team's decision.
- Seat limits apply per plan. We may suspend accounts that circumvent limits or abuse the Service.
3. Subscriptions, billing and refunds
- Paid plans are billed by Paddle, our merchant of record, on a recurring basis until cancelled. Paddle's checkout terms also apply to your purchase.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing link in your receipt; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
4. Your data
You own your data. For the desktop app it never leaves your device unless you configure sync to storage you control. For Yoke Teams, members choose what to share; data reported to a team belongs to that team and is retained as described in the Privacy Policy. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the Service.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to upload unlawful content, to attack or overload it, or to access data you are not authorised to see. Invite codes must not be posted publicly.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features; if we discontinue Yoke Teams we will give at least 60 days' notice and a way to export your data.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers keep any mandatory protections of their home country.
